Each person is different and cannot be treated in the same way, which is why our dietician can offer you a personalised diet tailored to your needs and requirements. For even better results, you can combine dietetics with endermology for a more holistic approach.
During your first consultation, our dietician will carry out a morpho-nutritional assessment:
Your body composition will be calculated using impedancemetry, as well as other parameters such as your height, waist circumference, hip circumference and BMI. Based on the results of this assessment, a weight-loss target can be set.
The nutritional assessment will consist of a full dietary history, taking into account your eating habits and lifestyle. This assessment will enable us to choose the most suitable weight-loss technique, for example a high-protein diet with or without protein supplements, a low-calorie diet with or without meal replacements, a fibre diet, a balanced detox diet, aromatherapy or phytotherapy.
You will also be given some general dietary and health advice to get you off to a good start.
This lasts about an hour.
During the second consultation, a week later, you will receive a report on the morphological assessment. She will explain how the treatment will work, and give you a typical day's eating plan, personalised dietary and nutritional advice, and dietary recipes adapted to your tastes.
Subsequent consultations will take place every 15 days for the first 2 months, after which the sessions will be spaced out as weight loss progresses. These sessions will enable the dietician to check that you are losing weight, readjust your eating plan if necessary and provide you with solid support. Consultations last around 20 to 30 minutes.
Once the target weight loss has been achieved, a stabilisation phase is compulsory. The principle is to gradually increase the calories consumed in order to achieve a healthy, balanced diet. This stage is essential if you are to maintain your weight over the long term.
Dietary management is a long-term process, regardless of the technique or techniques chosen.
In addition to weight loss, our dietician can also take charge of :
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Type I or II diabetes
Food allergies
Children's diets
Digestive problems
Cardiovascular pathologies (hypertension, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, etc.)
Obesity surgery (intragastric balloon, gastroplasty, bypass)
